Who we are
Solar Connectors is a lead generation service operated by Nuko Lead Acquisitions LLC, 21825 Erwin St #1050, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. You can reach us at [email protected] or (213) 232-7231.
We are not a solar installer. We do not sell, install, finance, or service solar equipment. We connect homeowners who request a quote with independent solar companies who do that work.
What we collect
When you complete our questionnaire and form we collect: your answers to the eligibility questions, your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code.
We also automatically collect standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and reports your interactions back to Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimization.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
- To pass your quote request to one or more independent solar companies serving your area, so they can contact you with a quote.
- To contact you ourselves about your inquiry, by phone, email, or SMS, where you have given consent.
- To verify that inquiries are genuine and to prevent fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including retaining proof of your consent.
Who we share your information with — read this part
This is a lead generation service. The information you submit is shared. When you submit the form, your inquiry — including your name, phone number, email address, location, and your questionnaire answers — is transmitted to one or more independent solar companies so they can contact you about a quote. That is the purpose of this site.
Those companies are separate businesses. They are not owned or controlled by us. Once your inquiry reaches them, their own privacy practices govern what they do with it, and we do not control how they contact you or how long they keep your details. If you want a company to stop contacting you, ask that company directly, and you can also contact us and we will pass the request on.
We also share information with service providers who operate our infrastructure on our behalf — our CRM and messaging platform, our web host, our form and analytics providers, and Meta Platforms for advertising measurement. These providers may only use the information to deliver services to us.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
SMS and mobile opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging and calls
If you check the consent box, you are giving express written consent to be contacted at the number you provided by Solar Connectors and by the solar company matched to your inquiry — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not remove your inquiry from a solar company who has already received it.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry records and proof of consent for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal obligations, and no less than four years, the applicable federal record-keeping period for telemarketing consent.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and who we disclose it to, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing your inquiry with solar companies in exchange for value may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA, and use of the Meta Pixel for cross-context behavioral advertising may be treated as "sharing." You have the right to opt out. To opt out, or to make any other request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request."
We will verify your identity before acting on a request and respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

What this service is
Solar Connectors is a referral and lead generation service. We collect quote requests from homeowners and pass them to independent solar companies. We are not a licensed contractor, we do not perform installations, and we do not sell equipment or financing.
What we do not promise
- We do not guarantee that any solar company will contact you, quote you, or agree to work with you.
- We do not guarantee any price, savings amount, system size, financing outcome, timeline, or tax or incentive eligibility. Any figures a solar company gives you come from that company, not from us.
- We do not endorse, warrant, supervise, or accept responsibility for the work, conduct, licensing, insurance, pricing, or representations of any solar company you are connected with. Verify licensing and insurance yourself before you sign anything.
- Any contract you enter is between you and that solar company. We are not a party to it.
Federal tax credit notice
The federal Residential Clean Energy Credit under Internal Revenue Code Section 25D was terminated for expenditures made after 31 December 2025 by Public Law 119-21. Separately, on a lease or power purchase agreement, the homeowner does not own the system and any federal credit belongs to the system owner rather than the homeowner. Nothing on this site is tax advice. Talk to your own tax professional.
Your obligations
You agree that the information you submit is truthful, that the phone number and email address you provide are yours and that you are authorized to consent to being contacted at them, and that you are 18 or older and a homeowner or otherwise authorized to request work on the property.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, submit inquiries on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, scrape or copy this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, branding, and design of this site belong to Nuko Lead Acquisitions LLC. You may not reproduce them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuko Lead Acquisitions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any dealings with a solar company you are connected with. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Nuko Lead Acquisitions LLC against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms, including claims arising from a phone number you submitted that was not yours to consent for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
